Cursive L l
Capital L: Start just below the top line on the right. Curl up and over to the left at the top, then slant down to the baseline. Make a small loop at the bottom, slide right along the baseline, and swing up to join. Lowercase l: Start at the baseline and swing up to the top line. Loop to the left, pull straight down to the baseline, and swing up.

Stroke order
Tip: Make the loop tall enough to touch the top line. A short loop makes the l look like an e.
Joining: Lowercase l ends at the baseline with a swing up. To join into l, swing all the way up to the top line; after b, o, v, or w, start that climb from the midline.
